After Russian missiles hit a Ukrainian commercial mall, rescuers search for survivors.

Bulsha:-  Ukraine: After a Russian missile strike in central Ukraine that left at least 18 dead and was denounced by the West and the UN, firefighters and troops sought for survivors in the wreckage on Tuesday.

Following Monday’s attack on the bustling mall in Kremenchuk, in the district of Poltava, southeast of Kyiv, relatives of the missing formed a line outside the hotel where rescuers had established a base.

According to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, when two Russian missiles struck the mall, there were more than 1,000 people inside. According to Dmytro Lunin, the mayor of Poltava, at least 18 people were murdered, 25 were injured, and about 36 were reported missing.

At a conference in Germany, the leaders of the Group of Seven (G7) major democracies described the act as “abominable.”
In an unified statement, they promised that “President Putin of Russia and those accountable will be held to account.”
It was “not an accidental hit, this is a calculated Russian strike right onto this shopping mall,” Zelensky claimed in a Monday evening video address.

Ludmyla Mykhailets, a 43-year-old patient at Kremenchuk’s state hospital, claimed that she was shopping with her husband when the bomb launched her into the air.

I hit the ground with splinters after flying headfirst. She stated, “The entire place was crumbling.

Mykola, her 45-year-old husband, who was bleeding through a bandage covering his head, continued, “It was horrible.”
Russia has not responded to the strike, but its deputy ambassador to the UN, Dmitry Polyanskiy, accused Ukraine of exploiting the situation to win support before the NATO military alliance’s summit on June 28–30.

There are already too many glaring disparities, but one should wait to hear what our Ministry of Defense says, Polyanskiy remarked on Twitter.

On Tuesday, the UN Security Council will convene at the request of Ukraine in the wake of the assault. The missile strike, according to UN spokesman Stephane Dujarric, was regrettable.
Ukraine faced more challenges on the front lines after losing Sievierodonetsk, which is now in ruins as a result of weeks of bombardment and street warfare.

Lysychansk, Sievierodonetsk’s twin city across the Siverskyi Donets River, was bombarded by Russian artillery.

Lysychansk, the last significant city controlled by Ukraine in the eastern Luhansk region, was a top objective for the Russian government after its forces were unable to capture Kiev at the beginning of the conflict.

The rebel Luhansk People’s Republic’s ambassador to Moscow, Rodion Miroshnik, reported that Russian soldiers and their allies were moving into Lysychansk from the west and that street fighting had broken out near the city’s stadium.

According to Miroshnik on his Telegram channel, fighting was taking place in a number of the nearby settlements, and Russian and allied troops had infiltrated the Lysychansk oil refinery where Ukrainian troops were positioned.
